Mohammed Farmaan Azam K. is the Founder of AfterBuild Studio, an interior design, architecture, and construction company dedicated to transforming homes and commercial spaces into functional, aesthetic, and timeless environments.

An engineering graduate from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, Farmaan's professional journey began in India's fast-paced corporate sector. Before entering the world of design and construction, he built a successful career in sales, marketing, business development, and leadership with renowned organizations such as BYJU'S, LOMOS, and Tautmore.

With nearly a decade of corporate leadership experience, Farmaan managed and mentored teams of over 150 professionals across sales and marketing functions. During this period, he developed strong expertise in client relationships, strategic planning, team management, and delivering customer-focused solutions. These experiences became the foundation of his entrepreneurial journey.

Driven by his passion for design, creativity, and building meaningful spaces, Farmaan founded Ocean Decor, which later evolved into AfterBuild Studio—a brand committed to delivering premium interior, architectural, and construction solutions under one roof.
